About Us:

We are committed to delivering premium customer service, and we are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Parts Advisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers in identifying and sourcing the correct Mercedes-Benz parts and accessories.
• Provide accurate information on parts availability, pricing, and delivery times.
• Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely delivery of parts for vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain and manage the parts inventory, including stock ordering, receiving, and storage.
• Place special orders for parts that are not in stock and ensure quick turnaround.
• Handle parts-related queries, including warranty claims and returns.
• Promote and upsell Mercedes-Benz genuine parts and accessories to customers.
• Keep accurate records of all parts transactions using dealership management software.

What We’re Looking For:
• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor in the automotive industry (Mercedes-Benz experience is a bonus).
• Strong technical knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
• High attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
